To maintain professionalism, safety, and the quality of service, all technicians associated with Keyvendors are required to strictly adhere to the following terms and guidelines:
Wallet Balance Requirement
- Technicians must maintain a minimum wallet balance of ₹1000 to continue receiving leads from Keyvendors.
Lead Response & Deductions
- If a technician fails to respond or update on assigned leads, a deduction will be made from the wallet balance.
- In the case of major booking cancellations due to technician negligence, a penalty may also be applied.
- Keyvendors will not be responsible for refund claims arising from such cancellations.
Uniform & Identification
- Technicians must wear the official Keyvendors T-shirt or uniform provided during service visits.
- Failing to do so may lead to service restrictions or account suspension.
Age Restriction on Workers
- Technicians are strictly prohibited from bringing any individual under 18 years of age for work assignments
Payment Reporting
All payments collected from customers during service must be immediately reported to the company via the appropriate channel (app, call, or support system).
Sharing Personal Information
Technicians must not share any personal details such as:
- Personal phone numbers
- Shop or home addresses
- Visiting cards or business promotions
Violation of this rule will result in blacklisting, and no wallet refund will be provided in such cases.
Professional Behavior
- Technicians must maintain a polite and respectful tone with customers at all times.
- Use of abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate suspension or blacklisting.
By continuing your association with Keyvendors, you agree to abide by the above terms. Violations may lead to permanent account deactivation, penalties, or loss of wallet balance.
