Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Keyvendors, we aim to provide reliable and satisfactory services to all our customers. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and service guarantees


1. Booking Cancellation by Customer

If a customer cancels a confirmed booking after the vendor has reached the service location, the visit charges will still be applicable and must be paid by the customer.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

2. Unauthorized Services Outside the Platform

If a customer avails additional or personal services directly from the vendor without informing KeyVendors, the company will not be responsible for:


  1. Service quality
  2. Guarantee/warranty of work
  3. Handling of complaints
  4. Refunds or reimbursements

Keyvendors will not intervene in such privately arranged services.


3. Rental Equipment Services (e.g., AC on Rent)

  1. In case KeyVvendors fails to deliver or install rental equipment due to its own fault, the customer will be eligible for a 100% refund.
  2. However, if the customer chooses to cancel the rental booking after confirmation, no refund will be processed.

4. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved under applicable circumstances, it will be processed within 7 business days from the date the refund request is formally submitted.
